Online Courses and Lesson Packs
Some products include a 2-Day Money-Back Trial. You may request a full refund within 48 hours of the date and time of purchase.
During the 2-Day Trial, you’ll have full access to all video lessons. Course downloads, including PDFs and MP3s, will become available after the 48-hour trial period ends.
Once 48 hours have passed from the date and time of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Other course purchases include immediate access to digital content and downloadable materials and therefore do not include a trial period. All sales for these purchases are final and non-refundable.

Interactive Drum Practice Apps and Practice Tools
All purchases of Interactive Drum Practice Apps and Practice Tools are final and non-refundable.
Because access is provided digitally following successful payment, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Digital Downloads
All sales of downloadable digital products are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Drum tracks, drumless tracks, backing tracks, play-along tracks and drum practice tracks
- E-books
- PDFs, charts and educational materials
- Other downloadable audio, video or educational files
Because these products are delivered digitally, they cannot be returned after purchase.
If a downloaded file is damaged, corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise unusable, please contact me. I will make sure you receive a working copy of the product you purchased.

Video Exchange Drum Lessons
All purchases of Video Exchange Drum Lessons, including individual lessons and lesson packages, are final and non-refundable.
Because these are personalized, digitally delivered educational services and I may begin reviewing your materials and preparing your lesson soon after your purchase, refunds are not available after an order has been completed.
If I am unable to provide a Video Exchange Drum Lesson you purchased, I will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, such as rescheduling, a replacement lesson, store credit, or a refund where appropriate.
Technical or Access Problems
A technical or access problem does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.
If you cannot access, download, or use something you purchased, please contact me first. I will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem and make sure you receive access to the product you purchased.
