I am very happy to have you as my drum student. Thank you for choosing me for your drum instruction needs and I look forward to guiding you (or your child) to reach your (his/her) full drumming potential.
The following Agreement contains my private drum lesson policies at Jazz Drum School. This agreement ensures the commitment on my part (Von Baron) to teach, and commitment on the part of the student to learn drumming.
Please read this carefully and email me any questions you might have prior to booking and paying for your Video Exchange Lessons. Please use the contact form below for any questions.
1️⃣ There is a set fee for individual and package Video Exchange drum lessons.
2️⃣ Von will complete Video Exchange Lessons after payment is processed.
3️⃣ The non-refundable lesson payment guarantees Von’s commitment to complete the lessons for the student. Von usually sends lesson videos to students within 2-3 days upon receiving the student videos.
4️⃣ Due to Von Baron’s professional career as a drummer, he may have performing or touring dates that supersede his ability to complete the Video Exchange Lessons quickly from time to time.
For these situations, advance notice will be given to the affected students. Still, Von Baron makes every effort to provide consistent video exchange as his students and their progress are a priority.
5️⃣ By booking and paying for lessons, you are representing that you are at least 18 years old or that you are the parent and/or legal guardian of the drum student and agree to the terms and conditions contained herein.

By booking and paying for your drum lessons, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jazz Drum School, Von Baron Music, LLC and their affiliates, officers, members, and agents from all claims, losses, liens, expenses, suits, and attorneys’ fees (“Liabilities”) for any damages of any kind, including, without limitation, any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, to any person or entity that may in any way arise out of or result from or in connection with your use of this music instruction service or any of the information, products, services or playing and performance opportunities provided through instruction.
